Our journey began with a clear gap in the manufacturing industry: the absence of efficient and accessible quality control solutions.
Faced with the high cost and complexity of traditional AI systems, which were unattainable for many manufacturers, we were inspired to create something different – affordable, user-friendly technology to enhance manufacturing standards for all.
Approach
Our approach leverages an affordable smart camera and software suite to simplify quality control in manufacturing. It facilitates early defect detection, helping to avoid escalating costs.
Our easy-to-use platform includes a model training and IoT camera solution, plus an observability and metrics dashboard, all deployable by end users with no coding or data science skills. The entire process, from data collection to model deployment, takes just about 50 minutes, enabling quick adaptation to changes on the factory floor.
